Dora imposes other limitations on the tribal people, and they are treated as slaves under the supervision of his henchman Sambadu and other men.  

The forest and Dora's home are separated by a boundary line. Dora prohibits strangers from crossing the border and reaching the tribal people. Because of a clever and ruthless leader named Dora, modern technology has had no impact on them and they are unidentified even to government authorities.

She has been busy with her house, family, and pets for the majority of the time. Will someone with no political experience, like her, be able to adjust to this new role in her life?

In his personal life, Dr. Arora still has emotions for his ex-wife, Vaishali, who left him because he couldn't satisfy her in bed, despite their 17-year separation. This motivated him to open the sex clinic. The plot takes an emotional turn with frequent swings from his memories to the present.  

Sajid Ali and Archit Kumar's show 'Dr. Arora Gupt Rog Visheshagya' raises awareness on how sex is stereotyped to the extent that sex-related disorders or sexual wellbeing are still taboo in India.
