Imitiaz Ali's eight-part series features his signature style of presenting a heartfelt love story of Dr. Arora against the stage set of his train journeys from Morena (Madhya Pradesh), Sawai Madhopur (Rajasthan), Jhansi, and Agra (Uttar Pradesh), where he runs clinics and follows his ambition of treating people.  

The plot centers around Dr. Arora (Kumud Mishra) who treats patients with sex-related difficulties. The story centers on these issues and how men will go to tremendous lengths to prove that they are mainly enough' to avoid complications.  



In his personal life, Dr. Arora still has emotions for his ex-wife, Vaishali, who left him because he couldn't satisfy her in bed, despite their 17-year separation. This motivated him to open the sex clinic. The plot takes an emotional turn with frequent swings from his memories to the present.  


Sajid Ali and Archit Kumar's show 'Dr. Arora Gupt Rog Visheshagya' raises awareness on how sex is stereotyped to the extent that sex-related disorders or sexual wellbeing are still taboo in India.
